A new study from the Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology showed that fast food increased their risk of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, which could lead to cirrhosis and it’s complications including liver failure and liver cancer. Everybody should avoid foods that are high in fat, carbohydrates and processed sugars, but it’s even more important for diabetics who have risk factors.

Unfortunately, fast food is cheap and that’s most likely contributing to the numbers of people eating it. Some things that people can do to avoid the fast food but still save money is to buy canned and frozen vegetables and fruit and get meat near the sell date in the grocery store.
