Quite often, I find myself in need of some quick snacks. Today, I’m sharing 5 delicious recipes that take about 10 minutes to make. Start the day off with one of these delicious snacks. The recipes below are perfect for days when you don’t have the time to figure out and prepare a nutritious snack. This will make life on-the-go a whole lot easier!
Ghost cheese and Pistachio
Spread with 2 Tbsp ghost cheese
Top with 1 Tbsp pistachios
Drizzle with honey if desired
Almond Butter and Banana
Spread with 2 2Tbsp almond butter
Top with 1 sliced banana and 1 Tbsp finely grated carrot
Avocado and Salmon
Spread with half an avocado, smashed
Top with 1/2 ounce chopped smoked salmon
Hummus and Tomato
Spread with 2Tbsp hummus
Top with 1/4 cup halved grape tomatoes and 1 Tbsp toasted pine nuts
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
Egg and Pickles
Spread with 2 hard-boiled eggs mashed and stirred
together with 1 Tbsp mayo
Top with 1 Tbsp chopped pickles; drizzle with hot sauce.
