What others are saying

"I am a long time client of Elizabeth. I was diagnosed with Type 2 six years ago. Elizabeth has been a huge assist in helping me make sense of it all. With her vast knowledge, she has taught me to have a healthy relationship with food. I began feeling stronger and more energetic than I had in a long time. Then, last year my blood sugar levels began rising inexplicably. I was so frustrated. Recently I found out that I was misdiagnosed and that I really have Type 1. For a brief time I felt relief that there was an answer, but that didn’t last long. I am now on insulin and that is a whole new experience. I am returning to Elizabeth because I can trust her to guide me through this new journey.

"I had a Gastric Bypass Surgery on Dec 30th and stayed 2 nights at St. Davis Hospital. I think that is the best decision I took since the surgeon said, probably wont have to get insulin when I loose weight. I already complete 2 weeks just with fluids and started puree foods last Monday. I was 240 pounds on Oct 29. I had to be on diet the last 15 days of the surgery, similar as the one you gave me, getting just 35 grams of Carbohydrate each meal. I am currently 218 pounds today. My abdomen is still inflamed because of the procedure.

Thanks a lot for your help. You are a great professional and I am lucky to be your patient."

"Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and Type 1 diabetes. With many years of experience and strong listening skills, she offers guidance tailored to exact needs. A relaxed voice, with an easy touch of humor, helps her clients relax. I left our meeting with inspiration, motivation and new ideas.
Thank you Elizabeth!"

"Elizabeth is so knowledgeable and helpful, and maybe most importantly, realistic. She gives me realistic goals and practical advice, and so far, it's been steadily paying off. I've re-imagined how I eat and what I eat, and I've learned to eat healthy but still feel full. I highly recommend her."

"I've met with Elizabeth for a couple of weeks and have already seen significant positive changes in my blood sugar due to her knowledge and wisdom. So grateful. Highly recommend!"
