I had a Gastric Bypass Surgery on Dec 30th and stayed 2 nights at St. Davis Hospital. I think that is the best decision I took since the surgeon said, probably wont have to get insulin when I loose weight. I already complete 2 weeks just with fluids and started puree foods last Monday. I was 240 pounds on Oct 29. I had to be on diet the last 15 days of the surgery, similar as the one you gave me, getting just 35 grams of Carbohydrate each meal. I am currently 218 pounds today.
